Happy December! I hope everyone had a wonderful November! I feel like I ate thanksgiving dinner all month long. I am using this month to get back in line with my goals. One of those was to be a healthier person. I love to over indulge when it comes to food and drink. A little here and there is fine, but all in moderation right???
I love drinking coke. I know it’s terrible but the fizz is just so dang good. In my efforts to be healthier I have begun to avoid drinking any added sugars. (I save those sugars for the occasional cocktail.) I struggled finding the right replacement for that fizz I love so much for about a year and then I finally found it. The one sparkling water that goes with everything. Perrier. You can use whichever water you prefer. I like many but Perrier is my favorite for mixing because it doesn’t have such a strong mineral taste.
