Oh Fall! It is nice to have you back! My favorite season! Cooler temperatures, darker colors, no need for a reason to eat pie, and, best of all, wearing all the best clothes! Boots, jackets, and scarves…oh my! This year has been the year of the floral print. I used to hate florals. I always thought they made me look like a five year old, but then one day I woke up and said “Yup. This is my favorite.” Ha!
Here is my favorite way to style a floral romper for fall.
I love this time. Early fall. Right before sweater weather officially begins. The days are shorter which makes the weather absolutely perfect. Its those days when you don’t even need the “just in case” jacket. On those days this is my look. You will find me in some variation of this all fall. Rompers, or dresses paired with boots are my uniform.
This look is so easy to pull off. All you need is three basic components. A romper, over the knee boots, and a touch of metallics.
I paired this floral romper from BCBG Generation with a really versatile pair of black over the knee boots, and a fun metallic bag I found on a TJ Maxx run. This entire look is under $200!
Bring on the football, bonfires, and pumpkin patches!
My fall bucket list includes baking pies, experimenting with floral arrangements, and hosting more girls nights. Stay tuned! I am posting my entire fall bucket list next week!
What are your favorite fall staples? What will be on your fall bucket list this year?
